General Terms and Conditions

House Rules

These House Rules (together with the Membership Details Form, General Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference thereto, the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between you and us. Terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth elsewhere in the Agreement.

Rules and Policies. You must comply with, and ensure that all your Authorized Employees comply with, this Agreement and abide by all rules and policies determined by us and communicated to you, including by email, together with the following rules (collectively, the “Visitor Terms”):

You must not use the Premises, Equipment, Internet Networks, or the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited under the Agreement or the Rules and Policies, or generally regarded as offensive.

You must not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any SUCCESS® Space Internet Networks, or the network(s) connected to any SUCCESS® Space server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any SUCCESS® Space server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.

You must not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

We believe that you should be afforded the opportunity to work in an environment free of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a form of misconduct that undermines the member relationship. No member, either male or female, should be subjected verbally or physically to unsolicited and unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct. Sexual harassment refers to behavior that is not welcome, that is personally offensive, that debilitates morale and, therefore, interferes with work effectiveness. Behavior that amounts to sexual harassment will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate cancellation of services. You are prohibited from sexually harassing others and must not participate in, and must report if you witness, any of the following behaviors:

Commenting on somebody's appearance, sexual orientation, or gender in a derogatory or objectifying way, or in a way that makes them uncomfortable.

Creating or posting sexually offensive materials.

Flirting with somebody or pursuing them persistently against their will.

Using obscene comments, gestures, pranks, and jokes that degrade or offend somebody.

Sending or displaying sexually explicit objects or messages.

Invading somebody's personal space, for example by touching them inappropriately.

Threatening, coercing, stalking, or intimidating somebody to pressure them to engage in sexual acts.

Proposing, demanding, or insinuating sexual favors.

Sexual assault.

We believe that usage of the workplace environment should be free of any language or behavior that is considered derogatory, threatening, or discriminatory with respect to other users’ race, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation. You must not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

You must not use the Services in connection with pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited message (commercial or otherwise).

You must not perform any activity that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to you, us, or anyone at or near the Premises.

You must not publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information on or through the SUCCESS® Space Network.

You must not upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not limited to, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same

You must not use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.

You must not upload files that contain viruses, Trojan Horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another.

You must not download any file(s) that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in such manner.

You must not restrict or inhibit any other Member or their Authorized Employees from using and enjoying the Services.

You must not violate any code of conduct of other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Service.

You must not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without the authorization or consent of the disclosing party.

You must not violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Services or while on the Premises.

You must not make any misrepresentations to the SUCCESS® Space Network.

You and your Authorized Employees must be at least 18 years old.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that no alcohol is consumed by any of your Authorized Employees who are younger than the legal age in the applicable jurisdiction.

You must not make any alterations or installations in the Premises, including in the Private Office Space, without our prior, written consent.

You must not allow any guests to enter the Premises without registering the guest and following our Rules and Policies pertaining to guests.
